About this cooper landing gift
Cooper Landing is a small community on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska, set beside the Kenai River and Kenai Lake, where people come to fish for salmon, raft the river and take in the mountains. Someone from there, or someone who spent a summer working on the river, carries a particular kind of pride about it. A Cooper Landing shirt is how they point to home without having to explain where it is. The river and lake make the strongest themes for a gift, so a hoodie for a cold morning on the water or a mug for the coffee before a fishing trip fits the place well. For someone who has moved away, a Cooper Landing tee or mug is a quiet reminder of the mountains and the water. Add a second line with a year they lived there or a seasonal job, and the design becomes a record of their time there.
