About this dixfield gift
Dixfield is a small town in Maine's Oxford County, on the Androscoggin River, and people who grew up there tend to keep a strong attachment to it. A shirt with the town name is the kind of thing that gets worn to the county fair, to a reunion when someone asks where they're from, or on the drive back up Route 2 after a long stretch away. Because the town is small, a Dixfield gift often means more to someone who left than to someone who never did, so think about who has moved on. A hoodie suits a cold Maine morning, a dark tee works for a family visit, and a mug is the everyday reminder for a parent or grandparent who still says they're from Dixfield. If you're buying for a whole class or a family, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
