About this emmitsburg gift
Emmitsburg is a small town in Frederick County, Maryland, close to the Pennsylvania line, and the people who call it home tend to hold on to it. A shirt with the town name is the kind of thing a former resident wears back to a hometown visit, or a current one wears to a local event, a high school game or a Saturday at the farmers market. Small-town gifts land when they feel rooted, so think about who this person is and where they spend their time. Add a second line with a street, a school, a class year or a family name and the design becomes theirs. A hoodie fits the cooler months, a mug suits the coffee routine, and a onesie is a sweet way to tell a new family member where they're from before they can say it themselves.
