About this fannettsburg gift
Fannettsburg is a small place, and people from small places tend to hold onto them. Someone who grew up there, or who spent a summer or a career in that corner of Pennsylvania, often wears their hometown the way others wear a team jersey. A shirt with the name on it is an easy way to say where they're from when a stranger asks, and it gets a second look from anyone who knows the place. Because it's a small town, the gift works best when it's personal: the year they graduated, the family name, or the street where they grew up can go on a second line. For the one who moved away, a mug or hoodie is a daily reminder of home. For a relative still living there, a shirt is a way to claim the town as part of who they are.
