About this gifford gift
Gifford is a small place name, and a lot of people who carry it grew up in a town that fits on one main street, where everyone knows whose truck is in the driveway. That kind of hometown pride shows up in the small things: a shirt worn to the local game, a mug on the porch of a house on the edge of town, a hoodie for the first cold morning back from college. Because the name is uncommon, a Gifford shirt will get asked about, and that's half the fun for the person wearing it. Add the town's state or the year the family moved in as a second line, and the design starts to belong to them. If you're not sure how the name is spelled locally, check with the person first, since a shirt that gets the town's spelling right will mean more than one that gets it almost right.
