About this glass gift
Glass is a surname with a lot of family behind it, and a Glass shirt is the easiest way to say so at a reunion, a wedding, or a Sunday dinner where three generations are all wearing something with the same name on it. Family surnames like this one tend to get passed around in group texts and photos, so a tee or hoodie that sits well in a crowd works better than a novelty item. Pair the name with a reunion year, the town the family came from, or a first name underneath, and it stops reading as a label and starts reading as theirs. Kids and babies get the same treatment through the kids tees and onesies, which is a sweet way to tie a newborn into the family line. For the grandparents or the relative who keeps the family tree, a Glass mug on the kitchen counter is the quiet version of the same idea.
