About this gnadenhutten gift
Gnadenhutten is a small town in Tuscarawas County, Ohio, and people who come from places that size tend to hold onto them hard. A shirt with the town name is how someone says where they're from when they're a few states away, or how a family wears its roots to a reunion. Small towns also have their own kind of pride: the high school colors, the church picnic, the one main street everybody knows. Because the name is unusual, a Gnadenhutten design is likely to start a conversation, which is part of the fun. For someone who grew up there, a hoodie or mug is a warm way to carry it with them. For someone who moved in later, it shows you noticed where they landed and took the place seriously.
