About this gradyville gift
Gradyville is a small place, and people from small places tend to carry their hometown with them. Whoever this shirt is for probably knows every road, every front porch and every odd local tradition, and a gift that names the place is how they show that they belong somewhere. A hometown tee works for a homecoming weekend, a summer visit, or the first trip back after a long time away. Small towns also have a way of sending their people out into the world, so a hoodie or mug can be a quiet reminder of where they started. Since this is a small place, you may not find a lot of background information about it, so the most personal detail will come from you. Think about the family ties, the school or the first job that connects you both. Put Gradyville on the front, add a second line with the year they were born, the street they grew up on or the name of the family farm or business, and the shirt becomes theirs in a way no souvenir could.
