About this granada hills gift
Granada Hills is a neighborhood in the northwest San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, and people who grew up there or live there tend to hold on to it. A Granada Hills shirt is how they claim the place: for a Valley weekend, a trip back to see family, or just the everyday pride of saying where they're from. Because the community is a neighborhood within a much larger city, a plain Los Angeles shirt can miss the point. Put Granada Hills on the front and the detail that matters to them underneath, like a school class year or a street they walked as kids, and the shirt starts to feel personal. Warm weather suits the tees and the dark shirts, and the hoodie fits the cooler evenings the Valley gets in winter. For someone who has moved away, a Granada Hills mug is a daily reminder of home.
