About this horn gift
A horn player spends years on lip buzzes, long tones and the kind of practice nobody hears from the next room. Whether they play French horn in a community orchestra, trumpet in a jazz band or a school marching band's brass section, the instrument is part of how they think about music and about being in a room with other people. A gift that names the instrument feels like it was made for them. Put horn on a shirt for a player's first concert, add their section or ensemble on the second line, and it becomes theirs. A hoodie suits the cold rehearsal hall and the bus to a competition. A mug is for the morning coffee before the first note of the day. Many horn players are also the last ones to take a bow, so a warm, simple design tends to land better than something loud.
