About this la porte gift
La Porte is a name with a few places behind it, most notably the Indiana city and the Texas city near Houston, and many people who grew up in one keep a soft spot for it their whole lives. A La Porte shirt is how they claim it at a reunion, a school event or a visit home, and it works just as well for someone who moved away and misses the hometown. Pick the design that fits the local pride you're buying for, then use the second line for a graduation year, a high school class or a neighborhood nickname that only they would recognize. That small detail is what makes the shirt feel like theirs rather than a generic town souvenir. If you're buying for a group of former classmates or a family that's spread out, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with their own name printed on it.
