About this laie gift
Laie is a small town on the north shore of Oahu, known for its quiet beaches, the Polynesian Cultural Center nearby, and the Laie Hawaii Temple that sits above the bay. People who grew up there or spent time on that stretch of coast tend to hold onto it, so a Laie shirt is a way of saying where they're from or where their heart still is. It's a place many people visit once and remember for its slow pace and open sky, which makes a Laie mug or hoodie a thoughtful gift for a friend who has been there or a relative who lives on the island. Since the town is small and not everyone knows it, you might add a second line with a year, a family name or a favorite beach to make the design personal. Choose the light or dark tee depending on the color they wear most, or a hoodie for the cooler evenings that come even on Oahu.
