About this lakemont gift
Lakemont is the kind of place that names itself after its water and then builds everything around it. The people who love it tend to talk about it the way they'd talk about a relative: the summer evenings on the shore, the same faces at the grocery store, the way the town feels smaller in winter and bigger in July. A gift with the town name on it lands best with someone who has a real attachment to it, whether they still live there, moved away for work, or are coming home for a reunion. Start with the shirt and mug designs, since they carry the name most naturally. Add a second line with a street, a school year, a lake or the year they moved in, and the design stops being a souvenir and starts being their story. For someone who's far from home, a Lakemont hoodie or mug is a quiet way to say you remember where they're from.
