About this lost nation gift
Lost Nation is a small town in Iowa, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is how a former classmate, a cousin who moved to Des Moines, or a farm kid who left for the Army shows where they're from without a long explanation. Because the name is unusual, it also draws a question every time it's worn, which is half the fun for someone who's used to explaining where they're from. A hoodie suits the cold Iowa winters people remember, and a mug fits the kitchen of someone who still drives home for the county fair. For the family of a local, a set of matching tees for a reunion or a homecoming makes the town name the thing everyone can point to. Use the second line on the design for a year, a graduating class, or a family name to make it theirs.
