About this louisiana gift
Louisiana people don't just live there, they carry it with them. It's Cajun country and Creole country, bayous and Mardi Gras, a place where the food, the music and the way people talk all feel like they belong to nobody else. That's why a Louisiana shirt lands so well, whether the person is still in Lafayette or Baton Rouge or has been in Texas for twenty years and still cooks a roux on Sundays. Make it theirs by swapping in the parish, the hometown or the year they left, so it says where they're really from instead of just the state. A hoodie works for the Gulf-coast winters that are mild but damp, and a mug suits the person who needs real coffee in the morning. Kids tees and onesies are an easy way to start a new Louisiana family off right, wherever they end up.
