About this mackay gift
Mackay is a city in Queensland, Australia, on the coast, known as a sugar and coal port and a gateway to the Whitsundays. People who grew up there or whose family is from there tend to hold on to that connection, even after moving on. A Mackay shirt works well for someone who still follows the town, for a trip back home, or for a family member who misses the coastal heat. Because Mackay is a smaller place than the big cities, a gift that names it specifically feels personal, and a second line with a neighborhood, school, or year they lived there adds a memory only they would recognize. For the traveler who has been to the Whitsundays and wants a reminder of the trip, a mug or hoodie carries that story around every day. Type Mackay into the text box and check the preview; many designs have a second line where you can add a detail that is theirs.
