About this melvindale gift
Melvindale is a small city in Wayne County, Michigan, just southwest of Detroit, and the people who call it home tend to be loyal to it in a quiet, everyday way. A Melvindale shirt suits the longtime resident who never left, the former student who moved away for work, or the grandparent who wants the grandkids to know where the family comes from. Because the name is the whole point, a simple design with Melvindale across the front reads clearly on a tee or hoodie, and it works as a gift without needing an inside joke. For someone who has moved away, an 11 oz mug with the city name is a daily reminder of home. If you want something more personal, add a second line with the street, the neighborhood, or the year they moved in, so the shirt says this is their place specifically.
