About this mendenhall gift
Mendenhall is a small word, and it can mean a few different things to the people who carry it. If your giftee is from Mendenhall, Pennsylvania, or a Mendenhall in another state, the shirt is a quiet way to say where they're from without making a speech about it. Many people who grew up in a small place keep it close for years, and a town name on a tee or a mug tends to get worn on hometown visits, at reunions, and on the drive back after the holidays. Because the word is less common, a personal touch matters more than a generic souvenir look. Add a second line with a graduation year, a family name, or a nickname from home, and the design starts to belong to one person. Try a couple of colors and fonts in the preview before you order, since the same word can look very different on a light shirt versus a dark one.
