About this mequon gift
Mequon is a village on the north side of Milwaukee, with big lots, quiet streets and a lot of people who grew up there and came back. Someone from Mequon usually has a story about the Mequon Nature Preserve, a high school football game, or the first time they drove past the Concordia campus and realized where they were. A shirt that says Mequon is how they carry that with them, whether they still live down the road or have moved to Denver. Since the town is small, a design that also names a street, a school year or a neighborhood can feel like an inside joke only they and their friends get. A Mequon hoodie suits a high school or college graduate heading out of town, and a mug works for the transplant who misses the Wisconsin winters. Type the name, add the detail that's theirs, and the gift stops being a souvenir and starts being a memory.
