About this new brunswick gift
New Brunswick is the kind of town people either grew up in or landed in for school, and both groups tend to hold onto it. Rutgers students, longtime residents and the folks who commute in for the hospital and the research labs all carry a bit of that riverfront-and-college-town feel with them. A New Brunswick shirt is an easy way to say where you're from, whether that's the Raritan side of town or a neighborhood you still drive back through on the weekends. For someone who studied or worked there, a hoodie gets worn through the cold months and a mug becomes the everyday reminder. Add a second line with a neighborhood, a graduation year or a class, and the design stops being a general city shirt and becomes their particular New Brunswick.
