About this north chatham gift
North Chatham is a small town in upstate New York, the kind of place where people know the name of the diner and the high school football score from fifty years ago. Someone from there who has moved away tends to hold onto the town name with a little extra affection, and a shirt or mug with North Chatham on it is an easy way to say where they're from. Those who never left will wear it to the local fair, the school game or the family reunion, and so will the cousins who came back for the holidays. Since the place is small and specific, a second line makes the gift personal: a graduation year, a street, a family name or a line about the town itself. A hoodie works well for a cold-weather town, and a mug suits the person who misses home every morning. Many designs come in kids and baby sizes too, so a whole family can match.
