About this north tarrytown gift
North Tarrytown is the village in Westchester County that most people know by its old name, Sleepy Hollow, after Washington Irving's story. Plenty of people who grew up here, or who work in the area and commute along the Hudson, still think of it as home. A shirt with North Tarrytown on it is for the person who gets a little proud when someone recognizes the Hudson Valley name. It's also a good pick for someone who moved away and misses the river views and the train ride into the city. Pair the place name with a second line for a graduation year, a street or a neighborhood nickname, and it reads as a personal memory instead of a generic town shirt. A mug suits the coffee-and-commute routine, and a hoodie works for a cold Hudson winter.
