About this okanogan gift
Okanogan is a small town in north-central Washington, tucked along the Okanogan River in apple and cherry country, with mountains and open sky all around. People who grew up there often carry that landscape with them, and a shirt with the town's name is how they say where they're from. For someone who left for college or work and keeps coming back for the summer orchards, the fall hunting season, or the drive over the pass, a plain Okanogan tee lands better than a generic souvenir. Add a second line with a street, a school year, or the years they lived there, and the shirt starts to tell their story. For the transplant who misses the quiet, a mug on the kitchen counter does the same job every morning. Because the town is small, the designs here are simple and clean, which suits a gift meant to be worn or used every day.
