About this palm springs gift
Palm Springs people are often desert people through and through, the ones who know the mountains turn purple at sunset and that the pool season runs longer than anywhere else they've lived. Whether they live there year-round or just wintered there as snowbirds, a Palm Springs shirt says they belong to a place that's more laid-back than most cities and warmer than almost all of them. It's a popular pick for anyone who's taken a trip there and wants a reminder, or for a local who spends weekends at the pool or hiking the trails above town. Add a second line with a neighborhood, a year they first visited, or the name of the resort where they stayed, and it becomes theirs. A light tee suits the warm months, a hoodie covers the cool desert evenings, and a mug works for the morning coffee on the patio.
