About this pettibone gift
Pettibone is a small name, and I don't know enough about it to say where it comes from or what it means to the people who live there, so this page sticks to the gift itself. Whoever this is for, a shirt or mug that carries the place name is a way of saying where they're from, which matters most to people who moved away, come back for holidays, or simply like being known by their town. Think about who they are first. A tee suits the one who wears their hometown everywhere, a hoodie fits the cold-weather returnee, and a mug works on the kitchen counter where they start every morning. For a kid, a kids tee or a baby onesie lets a family mark the place a child will someday claim. Add a second line with a year, a street, or a nickname to make the piece feel theirs rather than generic.
