About this pomfret center gift
Pomfret Center is a small village in northeastern Connecticut, and the people who live there or grew up there tend to hold onto that name hard. A shirt with the village on it is for the neighbor who knows every road, the former resident who moved away and still follows local news, or the family that has been there for generations. Small places like this don't show up on most gift shop shelves, so a shirt that names the village reads as a real piece of their life rather than a souvenir. Use the second line for a street, a family name or the year they moved in, and it becomes personal. A hoodie suits the cold New England months, and a mug fits the morning routine of someone who likes to start the day close to home.
