About this port henry gift
Port Henry is a small village on the western shore of Lake Champlain in New York, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A Port Henry shirt is how a former resident says where they're from when someone asks, or how a family back home shows they're proud of the place. Because the village is small, the details that matter are personal: the street they lived on, the school they went to, the year they left or came back. Many designs have a second line, so you can put a year, a family name or a neighborhood under the town name and turn a generic place shirt into one that belongs to a single person. A hoodie suits the one who moved away and misses the lake in winter. A mug fits the kitchen of someone who still checks the weather back home every morning. For a kid, a tee or onesie with the town name is a simple way to start a family story.
