About this port leyden gift
Port Leyden is a small village in Lewis County in upstate New York, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto the place. A shirt with the village name is how someone who left for college or work shows where they're from, and how a family visiting for the summer or the holidays marks the trip. Small places like this don't turn up on many souvenir racks, so a Port Leyden design feels personal in a way a big-city tee doesn't. Add a second line with a class year, a family name, or the year they moved away, and the shirt tells a story only they and their neighbors would fully understand. A mug suits the relative who still reads the local news, and a hoodie is a good cold-weather pick for anyone who knows what upstate winters are like.
