About this salesville gift
Salesville is a small place, and the people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is how someone who moved away wears home on a visit, and how a local shows up at the county fair, the high school game or the family reunion without saying a word. Small towns also run on the same handful of gatherings every year, so a design that names the town reads as a fond joke to the people who were there. For a transplant, a mug with Salesville on it is a quiet reminder of where they started. If the person you're shopping for is leaving town, a hoodie for the first cold winter somewhere new is a practical gift that still says where they're from. Add a second line with a year or a street if it means something to them, and the design becomes theirs.
