About this salome gift
Salome is a small city, and the people from there tend to be proud of it in a quiet way. A shirt that says Salome is how they claim the place wherever they end up, whether that's a trip to the big city, a college dorm, or a job on the other side of the country. Most of the people who'd wear one have a story tied to the town: where they grew up, the school they went to, the summer they spent there. Put that on the shirt and the gift says something a souvenir can't. For someone who's left, a mug is the everyday reminder of home, and a hoodie handles the chilly evenings that come with any hometown visit. Think about whether the person is someone who still lives there or someone who's gone and misses it, because that changes what will feel like theirs.
