About this saranac lake gift
Saranac Lake is a village in the Adirondacks of upstate New York, a place people tend to know from the Olympic history of 1932 and the winter sports that still draw visitors. For someone who lives there or grew up there, a shirt with the village name is a way of claiming the Adirondack foothills as home, especially for the long winters and the summer months on the lakes. If they've moved away, a mug is the daily reminder of the mountain air they miss. Add a second line with a street, a year they moved, or the name of their favorite trail or lake, and the design stops being a souvenir and starts being theirs. For a gift that fits a person who loves the outdoors, a hoodie is the warmest choice for cold mornings on the trail or at the ice rink.
