About this section gift
Section is a word that most people outside a particular city have never heard, so the people who get a Section gift are usually locals who know exactly what it means. A Section shirt is a quiet way of saying where you're from without explaining it. Because the word is a neighborhood-level identity, the gift lands best when it's paired with the detail that makes it theirs: the street, the year they moved in, or the crew they came up with. A dark tee suits someone who wears it to the corner store as much as to a game, and a hoodie is the right answer for a cold-weather city where a neighborhood shirt gets worn constantly. For the one who moved away, a mug with Section on it is a morning reminder of home. Since we don't know the specifics of this particular place, the easiest way to make it personal is to type in the detail you already know, the part of town or the year that matters to them.
