About this serrano gift
Serrano is a Spanish surname, common across Spain and Latin America and carried by families who have spread across the US for generations. A Serrano shirt tends to get worn at family gatherings, where the name tells everyone at the table who belongs there, and it gets passed around at reunions and birthdays. Many people with this name have a grandparent, a parent or a sibling who first wore the family name with pride, so a shirt can honor someone specific. Add a first name, a birth year or a family town on the second line, and the design becomes a family record rather than a generic last-name tee. For a Serrano who has moved away, a mug on the desk is a small daily reminder of where they come from. If you're gathering the whole family, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name printed on their own shirt in the size they need.
