About this shapleigh gift
Shapleigh is a small town in southern Maine, and a Shapleigh shirt usually means someone who grew up there, has family there, or has a soft spot for a place that's quiet, rural and easy to miss on a map. For many people it's the town they left for school or work and kept coming back to for summers, holidays, and the old house. A tee that just says Shapleigh feels like a private joke for locals, and a hoodie is the thing they'll reach for on a cold Maine morning. A mug suits the person who misses home from a distance and wants the name in their hands every morning. Since the word is a town name, the most personal version is usually the one that adds a detail only they'd recognize: a year they lived there, a family name, or the street. Keep the line short and let the place name do the work.
