About this shawsville gift
Shawsville is a small place, and people who come from there tend to carry it with them. It's the kind of town where everybody knows where you grew up, and a shirt with the name on it is a quiet way to say that place still counts. For someone who left, a Shawsville tee or hoodie is a way to bring home along on trips, into a new city, or onto a college campus. For someone who stayed, it's an everyday shirt that doubles as a conversation starter with anyone from out of town. Because the place is small, the details that matter most are personal: the street they lived on, the year they graduated from the local school, or the family name they grew up with. Add one of those on the second line and the shirt becomes about them rather than only the town. Mugs suit the one who never really left and works from the kitchen table, and kids tees or onesies make a lovely way to start a family tradition of wearing the hometown name.
