About this south pomfret gift
South Pomfret is a small town in Windham County, Vermont, and the people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. Think of the neighbor who still takes the back roads home, the cousin who swears by the general store, or the friend who moved to Burlington for work and still says Pomfret when people ask where they're from. A shirt with the town name is how they claim that, whether they're heading back for a weekend, watching a kid's first Little League game or just wearing it to the grocery store. It's a quiet place, so a gift that says where someone belongs tends to land better than a loud one. Add a second line with a street, a graduation year or the year the family moved in, and it becomes a detail only someone from there would recognize. A mug suits the one who keeps a town in their heart from far away, and a hoodie works for the cold months when the hills are at their most beautiful.
