About this sulphur gift
Sulphur is a small city, and people who grew up there tend to be proud of it in a quiet way. A shirt with the name is how they say so at a family reunion, a college reunion or a game where somebody asks where they're from and has never heard of the place. Since the name is uncommon, the shirt does a lot of work on its own, and people will ask about it. For the person who moved away and still calls it home, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder. Add a second line with a year, a school, or a street name you know they remember, and the shirt stops being a souvenir and becomes theirs. Hoodies suit colder months and kids tees suit families who want to match at a hometown visit.
