About this trumansburg gift
Trumansburg is a small village in Tompkins County, in the Finger Lakes region of New York, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto the name hard. A shirt that says Trumansburg is how a former resident wears the place wherever they land, whether that's a college dorm, a city apartment or a deployment overseas. Small places like this one come with their own traditions and landmarks, and the people who know them best are the ones who will notice a gift that shows they know the town too. Because Trumansburg is a village rather than a large city, a shirt or mug with the name is a conversation starter and a small piece of home. If you're buying for someone who moved away, a Trumansburg hoodie for winter or a mug for their morning coffee will carry the place with them every day. You can add a second line with a year, a graduating class or a family name to make the piece specific to them.
