About this voluntown gift
Voluntown is a small town in eastern Connecticut, and the people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live down the road or have moved to the other side of the country. A Voluntown shirt is a way to claim the place and start a conversation with anyone who recognizes it. Small towns don't get much merchandise, so a design with the town name on it feels personal in a way a generic souvenir never does. It works well for the relative who visits every summer, the alum who left for college and never really moved on, or the neighbor who has lived there longer than anyone. Pick the product that fits their life: a dark tee for everyday wear, a hoodie for the cold months, or a mug for the kitchen table where they plan their next trip back.
