About this waukon gift
Waukon is a small town in northeast Iowa, and people who grew up there tend to keep the name close wherever life takes them. A Waukon shirt is how they show it at a high school reunion, at a Fourth of July parade, or on a visit back to see family. Small-town pride runs deep, so a gift that puts the town name front and center lands well with someone who still thinks of it as home. Many designs have a second line you can use for a graduating class, a family name or a year they left. For a new graduate heading off to college, a hoodie with Waukon and their class year is a warm way to mark the move. For someone who has settled far away, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder of where they came from.
