About this wauwatosa gift
Wauwatosa is a city of around fifty thousand just west of Milwaukee, and the people who live there tend to be fiercely local about it. A Wauwatosa shirt is how someone shows they're from the place people sometimes mispronounce or mistake for Milwaukee. It's a good gift for a longtime resident who's proud of the village-turned-city feel, for a grad heading off to college who wants to bring a piece of home, or for a transplant who misses the Milwaukee suburbs. Think about where they spend their time: the neighborhood walk, the coffee shop they always go to, the Friday night at the local high school game. A tee or hoodie with the city name is the simple version. If you want it to feel more theirs, add their street, their neighborhood or the year they moved in on the second line, and the shirt starts telling their story rather than just the city's.
