About this winnemucca gift
Winnemucca is a small city in northern Nevada, on the Humboldt River, and people who live there tend to be proud of it in a quiet way. A shirt with the town name is how someone from there says so at a reunion, a college campus or a family trip across the state line. For someone who grew up in Winnemucca and now lives somewhere much bigger, a mug with the town on it is a small reminder of where they came from. It also fits anyone who works or volunteers in the community, since local pride tends to show up in the everyday things people wear and drink from. If you're buying for someone who's still there, a hoodie gets more wear through a high desert winter. Type in a second line, like a year they graduated or a street or neighborhood, and the gift becomes theirs rather than a generic town shirt.
