About this yates center gift
Yates Center is a small town in Woodson County, Kansas, and people who grew up there tend to hold onto it. A shirt with the town name is how someone who moved away for work or school says where they're from, and it gets noticed at a reunion, a Kansas road trip or a college campus where nobody else has heard of the place. Small towns also mean people wear their hometown everywhere, so a tee or hoodie is an easy gift for a homesick former resident or a relative who still lives there. Consider what the town means to them specifically: the school they went to, the summers they spent there, the grandparents who stayed. A second line can carry that detail, a graduation year or a family name. For the one who moved away, a mug on the kitchen counter is a small daily reminder of home.
