About this bar back gift
A bar back is the one who keeps the whole bar running without getting much of the credit. They restock the coolers, break down cases, wash glasses between rushes and somehow know where every lime is at 1 a.m. Their shifts are loud, sticky and physical, and they often work evenings and weekends while everyone else is out. What lands with a bar back is a gift that acknowledges the work itself. A tee they can wear to the bar on their day off, a hoodie for the cold walk to the car after close, or a mug for the slow morning coffee before a late shift. Put bar back on the front and add their name or their bar's nickname underneath, and it becomes a shirt that sounds like someone who knows the job. Even a simple gift works here, as long as it shows you noticed what they actually do.
