About this cockrell hill gift
Cockrell Hill is a small city in Dallas County, Texas, surrounded on most sides by Dallas itself. People who come from a place that small often feel a particular pride in it, the kind that shows up at high school reunions, family gatherings and anywhere someone asks where they're from. A shirt with Cockrell Hill on it is a way of saying that little town still counts. Because the name is so specific, a shirt or mug with it reads as personal rather than like a souvenir from a big-city gift shop. It suits someone who grew up there, someone whose parents or grandparents lived there, or someone who moved away and misses the hometown. Add a second line with a year they lived there or a street or school name, and the gift becomes a story they'll recognize at a glance.
