About this consulting internship gift
A consulting intern is usually a student or recent grad working long days on slide decks, data pulls and client prep, often in a city far from home and with a lot of unfamiliar jargon to absorb. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that grind without being sarcastic about it. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the early flights and late nights in the office, or a mug for the coffee that keeps the deck moving at two in the morning. Use the second line to add the firm's initial or the summer year, or leave the main word and let the design do the talking. Since internships are short and often end with a return offer, a personal item they can keep after the summer is a good way to mark the milestone without making it a big production.
All consulting internship gifts →- A tee for the last week of the internshipConsulting internships wrap up after about ten weeks, so a light tee makes a clean keepsake for the final presentation week.
- A hoodie for the officeOffices run cold and the hours run long, and a hoodie with their internship on the front gets reached for on every late night.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with the internship title is the one thing on their desk that's clearly theirs when the summer is over.
- A kids or baby design as a jokeIf they're the family's first consultant, a playful baby onesie or kids tee makes a funny way to celebrate the job.
