About this director operations gift
A director of operations usually keeps the lights on for everyone else. They're the person who notices the broken process, sorts out the vendor delay, and fields the question that starts with 'quick thing.' Most of the work is invisible when it goes right, which is part of why a gift with their title on it lands so well. The job often means long days in meetings, a laptop that never quite gets closed, and a lot of coffee gone cold on the desk. A mug with their title is the kind of thing they'll use every morning and quietly appreciate. A hoodie works for the early starts and the drive in, and a tee with the title on it is a small nod to the work they do that few people notice. Type their exact title into the text box so the wording matches the business card they actually hand out.
