About this director systems gift
A director of systems usually sits at the point where IT, operations and the business all meet, which means their days are a mix of planning, vendor calls, outages and budget reviews. They often carry the weight of keeping everything running while other people get the credit. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well: a tee for the office or a weekend project, a hoodie for the server room that always runs cold, or a mug for the first coffee before the first ticket. Adding the word systems or a team name makes it theirs rather than a generic job shirt. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you put one design on everyone's shirt with each person's name printed on their own, which makes a better team gift than another round of donuts.
