About this equity director gift
An equity director usually spends the day in meetings about access, pay gaps, hiring pipelines and the hard conversations that come with them. It's work that often goes unseen, and the people doing it tend to carry a lot home with them. A gift that acknowledges the job by name tells them someone noticed. Put the title on a tee for the office or a hoodie for the long drive to a community event. A mug with their title on it works well for the desk where the real planning happens, and a dark tee suits someone who wears black to every panel. Many designs have a second line, so you can add their organization, department or the year they took the role. Team Shop works if you're gifting a whole equity committee: one design, names pasted in, sizes picked for each person.
