About this german longhaired pointer gift
German Longhaired Pointers are energetic, affectionate dogs bred to hunt birds and work all day in the field, and most owners will tell you they're happiest with a job to do. They shed a surprising amount for a dog with such a sleek coat, they're known for their loyalty and their enthusiasm for long walks, and they tend to be the first to greet anyone who comes through the door. A gift for a GLP owner should reflect that life: muddy boots, early mornings, a dog asleep by the fire. A shirt or hoodie with the breed name works well for dog walks, dog park days and the vet waiting room. If you know the dog's name, put it on a mug or a tee and the gift becomes about their particular dog, not just the breed. Many owners also like a onesie or kids tee for a household where the dog is considered part of the family, which is most of them.
